This Privacy Policy explains how Result ICT (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Tsuiso Racing (“the Game”), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. We are based in the Netherlands. Questions? Email us at contact@tsuiso-racing.com.
The short version: the Game runs mostly on your device. We don't ask for your name, email, or payment details to play. The data that does leave your device is mainly anonymous or pseudonymous technical information used to keep the Game running, fix crashes, understand how it's played, and show ads in the released version.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Result ICT, Papaverweg 34, unit B100, 1032KJ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. For any privacy question or request, contact contact@tsuiso-racing.com.
2. Information we collect
We do not require you to create an account or give us your real name, email, or payment card. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. We collect the following:
a) Data stored on your device
Your progress, garage, car setups, settings, and stats are saved locally on your device (encrypted at rest). This stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you use a feature that requires it (for example a future cloud-save or online multiplayer mode).
b) Device & technical data
Device model, operating-system version, language, region, app version, and coarse performance data (such as frame rate and thermal state), used to run the Game and tune performance across devices.
c) Diagnostics & crash data
If the Game crashes or errors, we may collect crash logs, error reports, and device state at that moment, to diagnose and fix problems.
d) Analytics data
Pseudonymous usage data — sessions, feature usage, progression events, and in-game events — to understand how the Game is played and to improve it.
e) Advertising identifiers
The publicly released Game shows ads. To deliver and measure them, our advertising partners may process advertising identifiers (Apple's IDFA / Google Advertising ID), IP address, and ad-interaction data. On iOS, personalized advertising uses the identifier only if you allow tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. (Test or early-access builds may not include ads.)
f) Purchase data
If you make in-app purchases, Apple or Google processes the payment. We receive confirmation of what was purchased, but not your card number or full payment details.
g) Support correspondence
If you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
We do not knowingly collect precise (GPS) location, your contacts, photos, microphone audio, or other sensitive information.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, run, and save the Game
- To fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues
- To understand usage and improve the Game
- To show and measure ads in the released Game
- To process in-app purchases (through the app stores)
- To respond to your support requests
- To detect fraud, cheating, and abuse, and to comply with the law
4. Legal bases for processing (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or UK, we rely on:
- Consent — for advertising identifiers/tracking (and, on iOS, the ATT prompt), and for any optional analytics that require it. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests — for essential analytics, crash diagnostics, security, and improving the Game, balanced against your rights.
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Game and process purchases.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose data by law.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with service providers who help us operate the Game, each under its own privacy policy:
- Apple and Google — app distribution, in-app purchases, and platform services.
- Unity Technologies — the game engine's analytics and diagnostics services.
- Google Firebase — analytics and crash reporting.
- Our advertising network — to deliver and measure ads in the released Game.
- Our hosting provider — for online features and any future multiplayer.
The specific providers we use are also reflected in the Game's App Store and Google Play data disclosures, which we keep consistent with this policy.
6. Advertising & tracking
Our advertising partners may use advertising identifiers and device data to show relevant ads and measure their performance in the released Game. You can limit this:
- iOS: decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track” in Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Android: delete or reset your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in Settings.
7. Children's privacy
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact contact@tsuiso-racing.com and we will delete it.
8. Data retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Analytics and diagnostic data are held in pseudonymous or aggregated form; support emails are kept while needed to resolve your issue and for a reasonable period afterward. Save data stored on your device stays there until you delete the Game or clear its data.
9. International transfers
We and our providers may process data in countries outside your own, including outside the EEA. Where we transfer EEA/UK personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of local save data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, and to object to or restrict processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact contact@tsuiso-racing.com.
- EEA / UK (GDPR): you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
- California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing.” We do not sell personal information; sharing for advertising can be limited using the controls in Section 6. You will not be treated differently for exercising these rights.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above; where changes are significant, we'll make that clear.
