Help us help you faster
When you write in about a problem, it speeds things up a lot if you include:
- Your device (e.g. iPhone 13, Pixel 7) and its operating-system version.
- The app version of Tsuiso Racing you're running.
- What happened — what you did, what you expected, and what went wrong. A screenshot or short screen recording helps enormously.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled by Apple and Google, not by us. If a purchase didn't go through, was charged twice, or you want a refund, the fastest route is the store itself — your Apple purchase history or Google Play order history. If something still isn't right, email us and we'll do what we can from our side.
Restoring purchases
If you reinstall the Game or switch devices, use the Restore Purchases option in the Game's settings to recover items tied to your store account. If that doesn't bring them back, get in touch with the store account and approximate purchase date and we'll help sort it out.
